In this position, you will collaborate with different teams across the plant, applying your skills in various manufacturing tasks to optimize production, maintain quality, and ensure the timely completion of production schedules.
Your Responsibilities May Include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment safely and effectively according to established procedures.
- Handling raw materials and finished products, including lifting, moving, and staging items for processing or shipment.
- Ensuring accurate processing and packaging of products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Working closely with production personnel to enhance operational efficiency, safety guidelines, and the proper use of equipment.
- Conducting regular quality checks on products and assisting in maintaining accurate production records and reports.
- Identifying and reporting any equipment malfunctions or production issues, contributing to timely resolutions.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Assisting in the preparation of outgoing shipments by ensuring products are correctly labeled and ready for transport.
- Performing other factory-related tasks as needed to support production goals.
Production Operations Development Program:
The Production Operations Development Program offers a chance to gain expertise in different aspects of manufacturing operations over an 18-month period. Through various assignments, participants will develop practical knowledge in key areas:
- An assignment focused on understanding production processes and the handling of various materials.
- An assignment centered on improving operational efficiency, including process optimization and workflow management.
- An assignment emphasizing manufacturing technology, including automated systems and data collection tools.
- Successful completion of the program will lead to a full-time Factory Worker role with significant involvement in daily production activities.
Compensation

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
