What a day in the life of a KFC General Manager Salary Non Exempt can look like:

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring strict adherence to KFC's quality standards and operational guidelines.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to the entire team, including involvement in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory levels effectively, uphold stringent food safety regulations, and proactively address and resolve customer feedback.
• Handle financial responsibilities, including accurate cash handling and diligent expense management.
• Collaborate closely with district management to implement growth strategies and maintain a positive brand image within the community.

Requirements:

What you bring to the table:

• A minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in a food service or retail management role, with direct Profit & Loss accountability, ideally within a quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexibility to work closing shifts at least two nights per week.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy items, stand and walk for extended periods, navigate tight spaces safely, and operate restaurant equipment effectively.
