Responsibilities of a KFC Cook:

• Prepare and cook KFC's signature chicken and other menu items following established recipes and procedures.
• Ensure all food preparation meets our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper holding times.
• Stock and replenish ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with cleaning duties as required.

Requirements:

What you bring to the table:

• While experience in cooking or food handling is helpful, it's not always required. We're happy to train individuals who are eager to learn!
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the restaurant.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a kitchen environment that may involve heat and noise.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
