Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and adherence to Papa John's standards and procedures.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Manage and optimize staffing levels to meet operational needs and budgetary guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Basic financial acumen and the ability to interpret sales and financial data.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a related field is a plus.
